التدريبات والمحتوى الذي نقدّمه تعليمية فقط: نشرح فيها أدوات ومهارات وطرق عمل. لا تُعتبر استشارة مالية أو قانونية.
إخلاء المسؤولية عن النتائج
لا نعد ولا نضمن أي دخل أو أرباح أو نتائج. أي أمثلة أو قصص نذكرها ليست نتائج نموذجية، والنتائج تختلف من شخص لآخر حسب الجهد والخبرة والظروف. كل نشاط تجاري فيه مخاطرة.
المنتجات المدفوعة والدفع
يتم الدفع ببطاقة Visa أو Mastercard عبر MamoPay. السعر المعروض في صفحة الشراء هو السعر النهائي للمنتج المعني.
سياسة الاسترجاع
كيت أول زبون: ضمان استرجاع كامل خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء، بدون أسئلة. يكفي أن تراسلنا على support@t3alemha.com أو على الواتساب مع رقم العملية.
بالنسبة للبرامج الأخرى، راسلنا قبل الشراء لمعرفة شروط الاسترجاع الخاصة بها.
الرعاية والإحالات
بعض دوراتنا المجانية ترعاها شركات برمجيات، منها Base44. إذا اشتركت في أداة عبر رابط الإحالة الخاص بنا، قد نتقاضى عمولة من الشركة المعنية دون أي تكلفة إضافية عليك. تدفع اشتراك الأداة مباشرة للشركة المالكة لها، وتنطبق شروطها على ذلك الاشتراك.
الملكية الفكرية
كل المحتوى (فيديوهات، ملفات، قوالب) مخصّص لاستعمالك الشخصي فقط، ولا يجوز إعادة بيعه أو نشره.
المجموعات والتواصل
نطلب الاحترام في مجموعاتنا. يُمنع الإشهار والتواصل مع الأعضاء لبيع أي شيء، ويمكننا إزالة أي عضو يخالف ذلك. لن نطلب منك أبدا دفع أي مبلغ في رسالة خاصة من رقم غير أرقامنا الرسمية.
حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم خدماتنا كما هي. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استعمال المحتوى أو عن خدمات الأطراف الثالثة.
القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين إمارة الشارقة ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

We do not promise or guarantee any income, profit or result. Any examples or stories we share are not typical results; results vary from person to person depending on effort, experience and circumstances. Every business involves risk.
Paid products and payment
Payments are made by Visa or Mastercard through MamoPay. The price shown on the checkout page is the final price of that product.
Refund policy
First Client Kit: full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Just write to support@t3alemha.com or message us on WhatsApp with your transaction number.
For other programs, contact us before buying to learn their refund terms.
Sponsorship and referrals
Some of our free courses are sponsored by software companies, including Base44. If you subscribe to a tool through our referral link, we may receive a commission from that company at no extra cost to you. You pay the tool subscription directly to the company that owns it, and its terms apply to that subscription.
Intellectual property
All content (videos, files, templates) is for your personal use only and may not be resold or republished.
Groups and communication
We ask for respect in our groups. Advertising and contacting members to sell anything is not allowed, and we may remove members who do so. We will never ask you to pay anything in a private message from a number that is not one of our official numbers.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided as is. We are not liable for any indirect loss resulting from the use of our content or from third-party services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates.
